We made it past the halfway point!

There is something partially empowering and partially disheartening to know that we are just under two weeks from the end of our journey. Fatigue has set in and we’re a little, you know, over it.

Time to rally the troops and recycle some of our favorite meals to keep things delicious and interesting.
